F&B retail in the Greens Dubai is looking for an assistant that would take part in the daily tasks involved in operating an F&B retail that also produces platters and buffets. The right candidate should be organized, open-minded and creative, and be a self-starter with a positive 'can do' attitude to get the job done more effectively and efficiently. He/she must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have prior experience in F&B.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists with sales when needed;
- In charge of keeping track of, and ordering store supplies;
- Supports store staff with clearing the delivery and displaying the merchandise;
- (Re)creates platters and buffet;
- Eye for detail and able to create luxury presented platters and buffet.
Requirements:
- F&B retail management experience
- HORECA Experience
- Cooking and presentation skills
- Computer literate
- Polite & Customer-oriented & service-minded
- Well organized and able to multi task
- Must have effective problem solving/decision making abilities
- UAE Driving licence is mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to AED 5,000.00 per month depending on experience and qualification.
