We are recruiting a Head of Quality Assurance to join our team. The role holder is responsible for ensure delivering a high-quality performance, adherence to policies and procedures, process enhancements, reporting and statistics, in addition to be the hub and the pool of the operations and technology department projects, initiatives and performance.
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant degree
Experience:
10+ years related experience within the quality assurance space.
Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:
- Leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to take quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Ability to work towards very short deadlines.
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Good technical skills.
- Structured and organized approach.
- Good knowledge of card scheme regulations.
- Excellent inter-relationship management skills.
