Long Description Job Summary
The HR Assistant will be managing all data pertaining to business’ employees; updating employees’ records in HR data base and take lead of internal and external communication.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to HR team;
- Organize and develop employees record and filing system;
- Help in payroll management in reviewing biometrics attendance on weekly basis;
- Establish clear and engaging internal communication channel;
- Create reports for senior management;
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries;
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities;
- Design and deliver internal and external engagement activities;
- Own the employee engagement & satisfaction surveys implementation and roll out.
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
- Bachelors degree in HR or a related field
- 0 - 1 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Strong communication skills
- Familiar with database systems and common HR applications
