HR Assistant [Saudi Arabia]


 

Long Description Job Summary
The HR Assistant will be managing all data pertaining to business’ employees; updating employees’ records in HR data base and take lead of internal and external communication.
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to HR team;
  • Organize and develop employees record and filing system;
  • Help in payroll management in reviewing biometrics attendance on weekly basis;
  • Establish clear and engaging internal communication channel;
  • Create reports for senior management;
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries;
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities;
  • Design and deliver internal and external engagement activities;
  • Own the employee engagement & satisfaction surveys implementation and roll out.
  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in HR or a related field
  • 0 - 1 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiar with database systems and common HR applications
