Administrative Assistant [Singapore]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for incoming sales/rental enquiries
  • Assist sales team with preparation of quotations
  • Follow up on sales team's visits and quotations
  • Maintain good relationship with existing customers
  • Prepare sales agreements and delivery orders
  • Sales and miscellaneous administrative work
  • Manage and monitor collection
  • Send reminders to debtors for payment
  • Ensure timely collection from debtors
  • Miscellanous administrative duties
  • Answering incoming phonecalls
  • Maintain customer database

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least "O" Level or equivalent in any field
  • At least 1 year working experience in related field
