Job Requirements:
Your Responsibilities:
- Act in accordance with the health and safety management system requirements of the Company.
- Formulate safe methods of work in consultation with the Site Supervisors, Manager, Client Representative and workforce personnel as required.
- Actively promote methods to identify, eliminate or control hazards in the workplace.
- Maintain incident response and investigation systems.
- Maintain risk management systems.
- Maintain occupational medical and first aid systems.
- Reporting and analysis of all incidents with a view to corrective and preventive actions aimed at preventing or significantly reducing reoccurrence.
- Participate in safety Investigations.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Health and Safety or relevant experience.
- Training and Assessment qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years experience in HSE within the resources industry.
- Exposure to incident investigations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
