Key responsibilities will include:
整理审计业务流程并识别内在风险
编制及更新移转业务的标准业务流程
持续改进审计业务服务交付质量及提高业务流程效率
为交付团队提供相关的培训
为交付团队提供辅导以提高交付团队的技能
不断拓展现有审计业务团队和SDC交付团队之间更多的合作机会
Others:
执行直属业务专家安排的其他辅助工作
Must Have:
获得会计/审计或相关专业的学士/硕士学位
2至3年四大会计师事务所的审计经验或国内会计师事务所的同等审计经验
致力于向客户提供有价值的卓越服务
优秀的中英文口语和书面表达能力,包括演讲技能
能独立承担相应的工作,具备同时处理多任务的能力
具有较强的分析与解决问题的能力
适应灵活的工作方式并且能自我激励
拥有创造性的思维方式
Advantage Criteria:
具有CPA/HKICPA/ACCA资质的人员优先考虑
有BPO行业相关经验的人员优先考虑
有数据分析以及报表分析经验的人员优先考虑
