Job description
Overall responsible to ensure IT services consumed on the site level are running as agreed / according to SLA, providing local business support to prevent / solve issues, ensuring IT business continuity, and preparing business readiness for IT projects.
Main resposibilities:
- Acting as an L1 support layer for site IT Issues responsible for triage and first diagnosis / solution;
- Acting as an owner to L2/L3 solver groups like Global IT, Local IT Vendors;
- Acting as a contract owner including activities like SLA management, KPI monitoring, incident management, and problem-solving / CI for contracts specifically consumed at the site level;
- Liaise between OC IT and local business stakeholders being an ambassador of Global IT and standardization.
Profile of candidate
Knowledge, experience, and soft skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in Manufacturing IT, preferably in FMCG in a matrix environment;
- Proven experience in hands-on management of Industrial LAN, On-prem Hosting, and Factory User Devices;
- Communicative, fluent in the local language & English skills;
- Proactive;
- Service-minded, hands-on experience with IT support;
- Mid-level IT consultant, providing local production support.
