Position summary
As a Nespresso Information Technology Platforms & Workforce 360 FRM (Functional Relationship Manager) you will oversee and manage infrastructure systems, including network, servers, storage, and other components, to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability to the Nespresso Hellas Business. Collaborate with cross-functional and above market teams to implement the IT strategy at market level. You will act as a liaison between IT and other departments, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and translating business needs to IT initiatives.
A day in the life…
- Responsible for seamless availability and healthy operation of Nespresso IT infrastructure, HO and Boutiques’ retail network
- Ensures customer satisfaction through monitor of Service Desk & enhanced ways of working
- Supports the implementation and management of quality and efficiency improvements of IT service delivery, to drive value
- Lead IT initiatives and projects based on Business priorities
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain and enhance IT roadmap
- Co-drive and implement cyber-security initiatives
- Handle equipment and software procurement process ensuring that Organization’s standards are followed
- All levels stakeholder management
What will make you successful
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Telecommunications - Postgraduate studies would be a plus
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level IT infrastructure preferably in a multi-national company
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), Cloud Computing platforms and Telecom technologies, such as PBX and TeamsEV
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure (LAN/WAN)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP - experience with other network services like AWS & Azure would be considered a plus
- Understanding of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell)
- Risk management approach, preferably with experience on ISO 27001 implementation
- Familiarity with network security and firewall management
- Experience on BCP and Disaster Recovery processes
- Experience in project management and leading IT initiatives
- Staying Innovative and Curious for new technologies
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing skills in Greek & English languages
- Ability to manage indirectly teams
