To expand our presence worldwide we are opening a Business Trainer role open in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collection and analysis of information on the needs of employees in training.
- Development and implementation of corporate trainings, as well as individual trainings for employees, depending on the identified training needs.
- Trainings delivery in accordance with the training plan
- Study best practices in the market of training services and make proposals for the development of training methodology
- Preparation of methodological manuals on the developed trainings.
- Evaluation of the results of trainings by conducting final tests and interviews.
- Feedback analysis.
- Track the impact of training on company performance.
- Participation in the assessment centers in order to assess the results of training and identify areas of development of the company's employees.
- Participation in other Noventiq Academy projects
Knowledge and skills:
- Experience in conducting trainings not less than 3 years
- Knowledge and Skills of technologies of the development of new trainings
- Teem player with acceptance of company culture (not freelance spirit)
- Understanding of business needs and ability to figure them out when discussing a training request
- Ability to adapt existing programs to the needs of different departments
- Be able to track how the conducted training affects business results
- Knowledge of modern online learning platforms and tools

KPIs
- Delivering not less than 2 trainings per week (offline or online)
- Developing not less than 1 new training per month
- Coverage of participants not less than 120 persons per month
- Feedback rate – not less than 3.5 from 4 on average on a quarterly basis
