Manager, Order Intake & Project Management
Your main responsibilities are
- Be responsible for new enquiry from internal customer in Wartsila and external customer.
- Be responsible for confirm new slot for enquiry project of new building from Wartsila slot booking and planning manager.
- Be responsible for timely update of Wartsila Wuxi product lead time to internal customer.
- Be responsible for establish and maintain standard quotation sheet with correct information.
- Be responsible for project management for the projects applied lead delivery model.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
You will shine in this role when you have:
- 8~10 years related working experiences in international companies, preferably in marine industry.
- Excellent leadership, team development, communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, teamwork mindset.
- Hard working, demonstrating strong accountability.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Mandarin.
- Bachelor of Engineering or above.
